Human Resources are sometimes a tricky area for small businesses and charities, particularly because of the ongoing changes and updates that are difficult to keep up with.  This is not an area of concern for us as we are very lucky to have the advice and support of Nic.  The response is swift, professional and friendly.  Nic offers regular updates including the updates to our policies and procedures.  More than anything Nic offers us peace of mind as her professional advice and support is on hand when we need it most.

Running a business by yourself is tough and lonely but Nic is always there to give hr and business advice or a shoulder to cry on. How ever hard the task might be her positive attitude keeps me going and I could not run my business without her.

Being a small local charity we have had to wear a lot of different hats over the years (metaphorically speaking!), but we are not always experts in every department. It is so reassuring to now have Nicola on board to offer her specialist support. Nicola is lovely and extremely knowledgeable, and always at the end of the phone or an email to offer support and guidance. We have only been connected for a short time, but we are already feeling the benefits aplenty. My only regret is that we didn’t join sooner!
